Common tissue culture vessel surfaces and volumes.
Different cell culture vessels are commonly used for insect and mammalian cell culture including
plates, flasks and dishes. Plates are commonly used for high-throughput, low-volume
culture, whereas flasks are commonly used for production level culturing of cells. |

B95-8 Cell line expansion roadmap diagram.
This diagram summarizes our locally adapted tissue culture procedure for B95-8
cell line expansion for both EBV viral particle and cell line production. |
|
B95-8 Cell line expansion flask generation nomenclature.
This diagram provides a graphic description of our tissue culture flask generation
nomenclature and a broad perspective on the scale of B95-8 cell line expansion
for both EBV viral particle and cell line production. |

Gram stain protocol (Golden Bell Cat No: 82000).
In microbiology and bacteriology, Gram stain, is a method of classifying bacterial species
into gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria. The name of the protocol comes from
the Danish bacteriologist Hans Christian Gram, who developed the technique in 1884. |

Digital backup log
In information technology, a data backup is a copy of computer data taken and
stored elsewhere so that it may be used to restore the original data after a
data loss event corruption, or to recover data from an earlier time. Backups
provide a simple form of disaster recovery. This document corresponds to the
digital backup log used at our lab as part of the cyberbiosecurity protocols. |
|
Tissue culture CO2 incubator log
The tissue culture incubator located in the BSL-3 suite is commonly used for
mammalian cell culture at our facility, this requires a constant CO2 supply.
This log allows the user to keep track of CO2 cylinder pressure and incubator
and BSL-3 suite temperatures on periodic basis, great at keeping track of CO2 consumption. |
